Calling All Young Hustlers

It’s a sign of the times that the word “hustle” has taken on fresh and more respectable meaning when it comes to business. These days many respected business figures happily put their success down to their hustling spirit. The BEC recognises there is a wave of young entrepreneurs that are full of heart and spirit and given a chance would excel in business. Sir Alan Sugar is the definition of 'rags to riches'. He left school at 16 and started his own business aged 21, selling electricals from a van.

We often feel digital methods are among the best ways to grow your business but sometimes, you have to go back to basics and rely on more traditional techniques to find new customers for your products or services! BEC presents The Young Hustlers Initiative, where we’ll teach you: Who Your Customer Is, How To Talk To Your Customer, How To Sell Face To Face, How To Be More Confident and How To Price To Sell.

This initiative aims to set these young minds on the right course, through hands on sales training and a space for young people to sell their own creative products. The BEC recognises this wave of young entrepreneurs that are full of heart and spirit and given a chance would excel in business.
